We are pleased our July 12th speaker at Life Unlimited II uses herbs, nutrition, homeapathic remedies and, of course, acupuncture. Acupuncturist Warren King, L Ac, uses a new and important system of diagnosis and treatment that uses the ears: auricular therapy. This amazing accurate system of diagnosis and healing uses the fact that each other part of the body maps onto a corresponding part of the outer ear ( the "auricle").
The auricular therapist can find out which organs and glands are out of balance and treat those body parts via the corresponding points on the ear. Auricular testing can also reveal which substances are stressing the body and throwing it off of balance; it can be used to detect food sensitivities, toxic metals and other environmental toxins. Yet auricular testing is non-invasive and has none of the risks that more invasive testing methods have. The ear testing is also used to help the doctor select the remedies that best match the patient's individual needs.

Since we began back in the early 1990's, we have had as our goal to teach and educate the public on current health issues. We support alternative health professionals as they are invited to speak at our monthly membership meetings as well as vendors who are promoting individual health products.
